Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of RowGold's website and membership service. By creating an account or purchasing a membership, you agree to them.

1. The membership

RowGold is a paid membership for self-service junkyard flippers. Plans: $10/month billed monthly, or $90/year billed annually. You can cancel anytime from your account page or by emailing hello@rowgold.com; cancellation stops future billing. Monthly plans run to the end of the paid period. Annual plans are non-refundable after the first 30 days (see our refund policy).

2. What our rankings are — and aren't

We publish our prediction scorecards — including the misses — because honest tracking is the point. Use the rankings as intelligence, not as purchasing authority.

3. Acceptable use

• Your membership is for you. Do not share your login or redistribute member-only rankings, row/space locations, or valuation data.
• No scraping, bulk copying, or reselling of our rankings, scores, or site data — by bot or by hand.
• Don't use the service to break the law, harass anyone, or interfere with other members' access.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with a pro-rata refund of any prepaid period at our discretion.

4. Our content is proprietary

The RowGold name and logo, the scoring methodology, valuation models, rankings, and all site content are our proprietary property. Our scoring engine and ranking methods are trade secrets. Nothing here grants you a license to copy, reverse-engineer, or build a competing product from our data. Member-contributed content (trip reports, reviews) remains yours; by posting it you grant us a license to display it on the site.

5. No affiliation

RowGold is an independent service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Pick Your Part, LKQ Corporation, or eBay Inc. Yard names and row/space data are referenced for informational purposes only. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

6. Service availability

We aim for daily ranking refreshes but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Yard inventory feeds change; if a source breaks, rankings may be delayed while we fix the pipeline. We will always tell members what's going on.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RowGold's liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, parts that don't sell, or yard trips that don't pan out — that's the nature of flipping, and our rankings say so up front.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Madison County, Alabama.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be emailed to members before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
